NovusAI was founded on a straightforward observation: the organisations that most needed to benefit from AI were consistently let down by the market. Strategy firms left them with decks. Technology vendors left them with tools they could not operate. AI training providers left them with knowledge they could not apply.
We built NovusAI to close that gap. As Founder of Novusai, Tashfin works with C suite and board level stakeholders across the GCC and worldwide to design AI strategy and deliver AI transformation roadmaps built for real world commercial and regulatory scrutiny.
His foundation spans over 20 years in banking, with roles at Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and HSBC, giving him deep grounding in risk, governance, and change at scale within regulated institutions.
More recently, Tashfin has focused on private equity backed environments, working with leading PE firms and their portfolio companies, including current engagement with a prominent PE firm and its portfolio company in a leading offshore financial jurisdiction. This gives him firsthand, current insight into how PE firms operate under investor scrutiny and board level accountability.
That blend of banking discipline and hands on PE experience is what shapes Novusai's roadmaps today: built for how these organizations actually function, not how transformation is described in theory.
Callum Niven is a senior commercial leader with extensive experience across Europe and the Middle East.
He has led sovereign and hyperscale cloud portfolios, scaled specialist sales organisations, and structured complex multi-year agreements across industries, including governments, sovereign funds, healthcare, and financial services.
His experience spans global cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and enterprise transformation across regulated sectors within GCC and Europe.
Steve is a senior Executive with over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and has worked at prestigious wealth management firms including Schroders Private Bank and C Hoare & Co. A dynamic, pragmatic and innovative person with the ability to operate at any level up to and including Board level. An excellent communicator with first-rate people management skills and a proven track record of delivering results. Operated as a member of the senior management team in a number of organisations.
Steve has been included in the Top 100 Most Influential People in Service Provision for Alternative Investment Firms for the past 3 years.

Shravan is a Data Science graduate student at New York University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and is currently an AI Researcher at NYU Langone Health, where he focuses on computer vision applications.
He has also worked with the United Nations as an AI Researcher, developing a computer vision pipeline for live detection and analysis of coral species using an underwater ROV. Shravan has published research in IEEE and ACM journals.
Some of his notable projects include NYC Buddy, an indoor navigation system designed for complex New York City stations, and NeuraCamp, a hands-on platform for learning AI and ML with built-in coding compilers and AI interviewers.
Tudor Hirtopanu is an incoming MRes student in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Imperial College London, with research experience spanning multimodal learning, anomaly detection, and deep learning systems.
His research interests centre on understanding and improving the reliability of machine learning systems, particularly under uncertainty and distributional shift. He is interested in deep learning theory, learning dynamics, generalisation, and the development of robust AI systems for real-world applications.
Alongside industry experience as a Data Scientist at Novus AI Technology, he has contributed to research through the Google DeepMind Research Ready Programme and collaborations with Queen Mary University of London. His undergraduate research at Brunel University London resulted in two first-author publications exploring uncertainty-aware anomaly detection in human-in-the-loop systems.
Okuhle is a Business Development Executive focused on driving revenue growth through outbound sales, client engagement, and structured pipeline development.
She specialises in identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting outreach into qualified meetings through CRM-driven prospecting and sales execution.
She currently works in the AI and digital transformation space, helping businesses improve operational efficiency and adopt practical, production-ready solutions that deliver measurable impact.
She thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments where consistent performance and continuous learning drive results.
